| For more than 20 years I have been involved in the fitness industry. I am a black belt martial artist and track athlete. I bring years of experience which includes military fitness programs and martial arts training. My clients include people from all walks of life. I help men, women and children reach their fitness goals through a balance of food, weights, running and martial arts. This unique combination provides the best of cardiovascular and muscle tension training to give you shape, tone strength, flexibility and endurance. |

| During 15 years in the military as a combat support communications officer fitness trainer and martial arts I lived in Korea, The Republic of Panama, Paraguay, Honduras, California and Georgia. Living in each location allowed me to learn about people from all walks of life and what makes them happy. When you feel physically fit you feel mentally positive and….happy. This is my approach with training. I will push you past your comfort zone so you can grow and realize the strength inside you. We all have it . We just need help sometimes getting to it. How you feel about yourself is most important. My goal is to see results for you. Transforming your body actually transforms your life. I come from a competitive sports background so I like to win!! I want you to win!!! |
